Fill these semi-circular cells with different liquids to observe their refractive properties. To help measure the angles, there is a printed "protractor" on the base of the cup that is marked with degrees along the curved edge.

Locate the object and its image and use Snell's Law to determine the index of refraction.

This PCR rack is reversible and fits a wide variety of tube sizes (0.2, 0.5, and 1.5/2.0 mL)

PIPETTE STAND, VERTICAL

Accomodates 18 pipettes with diameters not exceeding 10 mm, plus 10 pipettes with diameters not exceeding 15 mm. Small holes in base allow drainage. Boss head (supplied) allows for the holder to be raised or lowered on supporting rod of 8-14 mm using the olives supplied.

The custom designed dished base unit with PVC rod (SKU: 262) is available separately.

Transfer solutions between 0.2 mL PCR tubes & 0.5 and 1.5/2.0 mL microcentrifuge tubes

• Blue section holds 96 x 0.2 mL Tubes and 48 x 1.5/2.0 mL tubes on the reverse side
