Polypropylene Membrane Capsule Filters are compact, self-contained, high throughput filter units ideal for small batch and lab scale volumes.  Can be used for point-of-use filtration or for pilot/prototype studies that can be scaled up to the same filter media in cartridge format.

The pleated depth-type matrix provides greater filtration area and a high dirt holding capacity.  Compatible with aqueous solutions and solvents. Offered in a wide range of particle size cut-offs and designed for use serially as a prefilter for process waters and chemicals.  Thermally welded media prevents fiber slough off and minimize changes in pore size during filtration.  Autoclavable (121°C, 30min.)
